  6. Prepare 80 ml of santan (saya pakai 30ml Kara+80ml air) resep asli 100ml.

  1. Kocok gula dan telur sampai tercampur rata, saya pakai whisk. Kalo udah tercampur, masukkan terigu, ragi, dan baking soda..
  2. Beri santan sedikit demi sedikit, aduk rata adonan hingga mengental. Lalu tutup rapat dengan kain bersih. Diamkan selama 45menit.
  3. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan adonan ke piping plastic, gunting ujungnya, pencet memutar saat digoreng. Balik dan angkat bila sdh matang kecoklatan. Lakukan sampai adonan habis. Saya punya mbletat mbletot bentuknya krn saya pake plastik bungkus sayur yg tipis banget (apa adanya) .
